Note:  Speaking Practice on the Internet is possible via special software, using a microphone and preferably an integrated headset and videoconferencing. 

Software programs with speech recognition are also available( see software ).

Practice:
Record messages describing yourself, an object,  an activity or a message ( 30 seconds - 1 minute ) with the  sound recorder (in the Accessories of Windows) on the computer and save the files. Exchange files with other students and guess the information or make a resumé of the information. Then check yourself by discussing what the other students had problems understanding.
