An editorial is an article written for the editorial page of a newspaper. It represents the opinion of the newspaper or, if signed, of the author. Usually an editorial is in favor of one side of a question, but occasionally, it gives arguments on both sides. Today, editorials are now available on the Internet offering ideas for debating issues of current interest.
